Progressive activist Eli Mistal, The Nation’s top justice correspondent, appeared on MSNBC this weekend to protest against critics of Biden’s Supreme Court nominee Kentaji Jackson before his confirmation hearing, which began Monday.
Jackson, who was denounced by Republicans for his disgusting, humble record while punishing pedophiles, has been under the microscope since Biden named him as his favorite.
Like his time in law school, Judge Jackson has questioned the registration of convicts as sex offenders – saying it leads to “scandal and exclusionism.” He suggested that public policy was driven by an “environment of fear, hatred and revenge” against sex offenders pic.twitter.com/2QUcPOnWPR

In addition, as Gateway Pundit reports, Jackson has a history of overstepping his authority.
Knowing this, Mistel joined host Tiffany Cross on MSNBC’s “The Cross Connection,” where she argued that Jackson’s record was flawless and that only Republicans were against him for “racism and hate speech.”
In other words, Mistal has done what all irresistible leftists do – when all else fails, shake your fist and shout racist.
According to Mistel, the hardest part of Jackson’s upcoming hearing, for him, is to refrain from jumping out of his seat and punching Republicans in the face as they ask him about his record.
Because apparently, Jackson is a crazy lunatic who can’t handle questions – and that’s according to one of his biggest supporters – just the kind we want to sit in the country’s highest court.
Cross started the section by asking Mistal about his expectations for next week’s hearing, and suggested that those disgruntled Republicans would try to take advantage of the situation for “viral moments.”
“The biggest challenge is not to get up from his chair and punch one of these idiots in the face,” Mistel said, referring to Republicans at the hearing. “Like, it’s the hardest thing, because all they have now is racism and the abominable Inundo. For example, they don’t have … they have nothing on his record.”
Mistel continued his satire, claiming that Jackson’s critics were guilty – you guessed it – of racism, for his courage to ask about his LSAT (law school admissions test) score, and that Jackson did his best to effectively confuse Biden’s positive move. Pick for position.
Biden, after all, said he would only consider a black woman for his choice – and see how it turned out with the orange.
“All they have is racism, they want to know about LSAT scores. Some of them are going to call him a positive action nominee. Some of them are going to ask him why he is not sorry that good whites were not considered for the job. They literally have it. “
Eli Mistal has been making his rounds on the late left-wing talk show, his utter nonsense to the media elites. This is the same clown who visited View last week and called the US Constitution a “piece of rubbish” because it was written by whites, whom he described as “colonialists and slaves.”
