The lawyer for the mother of Hunter Biden’s child says he expects to be the president’s son

(Delaware) – A lawyer for the mother of Hunter Biden’s 3-year-old daughter hopes the president’s son will be “charged” with tax evasion, according to a report.
Attorney Clint Lancaster made the startling prediction in an interview with CNBC that his client, Lunden Roberts, recently testified before a federal grand jury in a criminal investigation into the 52-year-old president’s family in Delaware.
“I hope he will be charged,” Lancaster told the outlet, referring to Hunter Biden. “Based on what I saw in his financial record, I would be surprised if he was not charged.”
Roberts, the 31-year-old mother of Hunter Biden’s young daughter, handed over “a significant amount of Hunter’s financial records” to federal prosecutors after she was subpoenaed last month, Lancaster said.
“It’s all in electronic form,” said Getty Images for the World Food Program. “I would guess it was anywhere from 10 gig data.”
Roberts appeared before the jury for several hours on February 15 and took pictures of the Daily Mail outside the courthouse in Wilmington, Delaware.
He refused to speak to a journalist after leaving that day.
London’s Alexis Roberts has handed over 10 gigabytes of financial records to Hunter Biden’s investigation.
Roberts, a former striker from Arkansas, was once paid at Hunter Biden’s consulting firm. She sued him in 2020 for child support.
The president’s son has reached an agreement despite initially denying him a 3-year-old Navy Joan, whom he has never met.
“It’s sad, because the baby looks like her, with blonde hair,” Lancaster said in a CNBC interview about Biden’s absence.
The federal investigation into Hunter Biden’s alleged tax fraud began in 2014 and involved his father running for president as well as investigating his foreign business dealings.
