Linda Ficci, 73, of New Orleans, was caught in her seatbelt while the carjackers sped off with her SUV.
Ficci pleaded with the teens to let him go, but his clothes and one of his hands were torn off as he was dragged through the streets of New Orleans.
Neighbors panicked and ran to help the elderly woman lie naked on the street.
The good Samaritans covered Fiki’s body with a sheet and dialed 911.
It took about 15 minutes for the ambulance to arrive where paramedics pronounced Fiki dead, WWLTV reported.
Four teenagers have been arrested and charged with second-degree murder – the parents of two of the teens turned into law enforcement, Fox News reported.
The suspects were not identified, but New Orleans Police Department Superintendent Shawn Ferguson described them as a 17-year-old man, a 16-year-old girl and two 15-year-old girls. Fox News reported.
