Soros-funded St. Louis Circuit attorney refuses to charge suspects

In 2020, the homicide rate in St. Louis City reached a 50-year high. In response, the Radical City leadership fired about 98 police jobs.

Soros-funded St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner refuses to bring charges against violent offenders and does not allow them to return to the streets.

In July 2002, a circuit judge dismissed a 2020 murder case after the Circuit Attorney’s Office “resigned” and failed to appear three times for a court hearing.

This is not the first time Gardner has acted against his oath. He was behind fraud allegations that led to the removal of Missouri Governor Eric Grittens.

Gardner also started the McCluskey case – then used it to run his campaign.

Gardner refused to sue a drug dealer who had 1,000 office pills and 30,000 cash because he did not like the police involved.

In August 2018, Kim Gardner announced that his attorney would no longer accept cases from 28 different St. Louis City police officers. Gardner called it his “exclusion list.”

Kim Gardner So unbearable that two dozen attorneys and more than a third of the trial lawyers left the office when he was hired. And it’s a Democrat-occupied office!

And Kim Gardner’s office announced Monday that his office would not charge a suspect who tried to jack a police SUV with two police officers inside.

Fox News reports:

Prosecutors in St. Louis, Missouri have refused to file charges against a man who tried to jack a marked police SUV while two officers were inside, according to police.

The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department has filed charges of first-degree robbery, armed criminal activity and obstruction of arrest against a 27-year-old suspect who attempted car jacking on Saturday.

A police spokesman said Monday that the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office had refused to file a complaint, the St. Louis Dispatch reported.

A spokesman for Circuit Attorney Kimberly Gardner called the case “under investigation” on 5 On Your Side, but declined to say why no charges had been filed.
