Newly released emails from November 2019 show that Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richard has expressed his concerns about voter fraud and dishonest election officials ahead of the 2020 election.
Shelby Bush of We the People AZ Alliance, along with Stephen Richer, provided the emails to The Gateway Scholar.
In 2018, Stephen Richard was assigned by the Arizona GOP to audit the 2018 midterm elections after serious concerns about fraud and electoral law violations. His findings were disposable due to the failure of then-recorder Adrian Fontes to produce the requested documents, as Stephen Richards does today.
Gateway Pundit reports that the office of the Maricopa County Recorder has denied the Arizona Attorney General’s request to investigate his crime in the 2020 election.

Recorder Stephen Richar ran for office in 2020 at exactly the same point. He told voters that Maricopa County former recorder Adrian Fontes was a “criminal.”
One year before his election, Richard wrote,
This confidence is further damaged by the fact that Fontes did not give a full account of his activities in the election and his office failed to produce documents in response to a request for multiple records sent by the Republican and his surrogate (me). .
In these emails, Richard raises concerns about the principles that enable ballot collection, signature verification, human bias, ballot forgery, voter roll maintenance, and electoral fraud.
Regarding ballot duplication due to unreadable ballots, Richard suggests that we “just throw it away because human supervision is an incomplete art.” He added that it was probably the voters’ own fault if their ballots could not be read.
Richards have even expressed support for post-election door-to-door canvassing efforts. In the last email, Richard said the best way to find out if someone is staying at the address they voted for is to go to the residence and do a canvas.
Gateway pundits further report that Stephen Richard was exposed for not believing Dominion to be used in other elections.
Maricopa County and election fraud deniers have taken a hard line against these ideas. They have even claimed that the post-election campaign is tantamount to “intimidating voters”.
Stephen Richard won the 2020 election and refused to go under the stolen 2020 election.
Did he just appeal to the voters through his rhetoric, or was he paid after taking office?
