On Monday, Joe Biden, CEO of the Business Roundtable, attended a quarterly meeting to discuss the US response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
Biden was stunned by the remarks and abruptly stated that Russia was planning a “cyber attack” against the United States.
Biden gave Putin a list of 16 entities that would cripple the United States in the event of a cyber attack.
“It’s coming,” Biden said.
“Today, my administration is issuing new warnings that, on the basis of growing intelligence, Russia may be planning a cyber attack against us,” he said.

Anne Neuberger, Biden’s deputy national security adviser for cyber and emerging technologies, warned Monday that the Russian government was preparing to attack US infrastructure, but did not make specific proposals.
“Today we are repeating these warnings, and we are doing so based on the evolutionary threat intelligence that the Russian government is exploring options for possible cyber attacks on critical infrastructure in the United States,” Newberger said.

Thanks to Joe Biden, Vladimir Putin now has a list of 16 entities that would cripple the United States in the event of a cyber attack.
