Clinton is not the only top Democrat to have tested positive for Covid.
Earlier on Tuesday, White House Press Secretary Jane Sackie announced that she had tested positive for Kovid.
“Today, in preparation for the trip to Europe, I took a PCR test this morning. That test came back positive, which means I will comply [Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)] The guidelines and the president’s visit to Europe will no longer be traveled, “Saki said in a statement.
Biden tested negative for COVID-19 on Tuesday, Saki said.
“Thanks to the vaccine, I only experienced mild symptoms. In line with the White House’s Covid-19 protocol, I plan to work from home and return to work personally during the five-day isolation period and the conclusion of a negative test,” Saki said.
Earlier this month, fully vaccinated and expanded, former President Obama tested positive for COVID-19.
“I have just tested positive for covid. I have had scratches on my throat for a few days, but I feel better otherwise. Michelle and I are grateful for the vaccine, and she has tested negative. This is a reminder if you have not already been vaccinated, even after the case has been reduced, “the former president said on Twitter.

The former president was not perfect in defending himself from Kovid. In February, he was seen unmasked at a construction site.
A picture of former President Barack Obama has gone viral on social media where he and former First Lady Michelle Obama are seen on the construction site of an expensive new palace in Hawaii without a mask, even though workers around him are wearing masks.
The Daily Mail reports:
Barack Obama is portrayed for the first time in his new multimillion-dollar Hawaiian palace, but he has not yet arrived on the island. Away from being in beach mode, Obama was present during in-depth conversations with employees of the local building firm Armstrong Builders, who are currently constructing his beach compound on Ohio Island.
Wearing beige pants and a gray polo shirt, Obama looked excited as he spoke to builders and architects. The former president was seen shouting while chatting on Saturday with at least four developers working on the project.
Obama, 60, spent the rest of his time in the group discussing the next steps in building the giant compound, when at one point he hinted at something that probably seemed to need to be addressed.
The construction has been embroiled in controversy because the project used a planning gap to retain a marine wall that is almost certainly causing beach erosion.
Interestingly, the property appears to be Obama’s second property by the beach – the couple bought another multimillion-dollar mansion at Martha’s Vineyard across the ocean, although Obama has repeatedly pushed the story of climate change that Arctic ice melts above sea level. And thus endangered or enveloped coastline.
But it is also noteworthy that Obama is the only one whose construction crew did not wear a mask. Currently, Hawaii does not have the perfect outdoor mask mandate, but Obama was their staunch supporter.
“It could be a Labor Day weekend, but let us all remember that we are still in the midst of an epidemic. Wear a mask, practice social distance and follow the experts. It will save lives, “he wrote in September 2020.
