CNN’s Glasser flips Biden’s bans on Trump

President Biden backtracked during his press conference in Brussels on Thursday when he announced that sanctions had never been in place to prevent Vladimir Putin from invading Ukraine, despite repeated declarations by the administration. On LeadCNN chief political analyst and world affairs analyst Susan Glasser reacted to Biden’s dishonesty by talking about former President Trump.

Guest host Pamela Brown asked Cable Glasser to comment on the overturning: “Susan, fast, President Biden was a little experimental today when asked why sanctions weren’t imposed – there was no barrier. What did you do – his answer and the push-back he gave that it was never intended?

Glasser decided not to answer that question and instead discussed how sanctions affect Putin’s war effort. Trying to shut down the Russian economy, the military-industrial complex, but it is going to take time. It can affect the war, but not the short-term. “
