Brazilian Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Mores suspended the telegram on Friday because the platform did not comply with Draconian censorship orders to the detriment of controversial right-wing President Jair Bolsonaro.
Bolsonaro used telegrams to talk to his people after Facebook, WhatsApp, Google and Twitter bowed to the country’s high court censorship order. Pavel Durav, founder and CEO of Telegram, has claimed that his company was guilty of “negligence” after the verdict, a tragic indication that his platform was being prepared for a censorship order and was being prepared for submission.
“I am confident that once a reliable channel of communication is established, we will be able to efficiently process removal requests for illegal public channels in Brazil,” Durv said.
Bolsonaro is not happy about the incredible excesses of this court against the fundamental rights of his people.
In response to the order, Bolsonaro said, “What they are trying to do with Brazil is cowardice.”

“Russia Today (RT), a Kremlin-funded news network, has been banned from spreading its message over the telegram, a popular and growing encrypted messaging application that is clearly intended to protect freedom of speech.
The telegram collapsed after pressure from the European Union to censor their content, which the international community claims is a haven for conspiracy theories to undermine Ukraine’s support in its current dispute with Russia.
“The rules are clear. There can be no deception, “said Vera Zorova, vice president of the European Commission for Values and Transparency.
“All actors should take their responsibility. First, because it is the law in the EU. Second, everyone now understands what the risks are, ”Jorova added, adding that all non-globalists have created cases for ubiquitous censorship of operations.
“We will not rest until everyone – including the messenger service – takes responsibility for the Kremlin’s propaganda against the war,” Thierry Breton, the EU’s internal market commissioner, said in a televised statement.“
Bolsonaro, who has only promised to leave office through imprisonment or death, is embroiled in an existential struggle for the independence of his nation. If he succeeds against globalism, he will give the rest of the world hope that they too can resist this demonic technology.
