Biden’s Scotus Peak Says He Can’t ‘Define’ What A Woman Is – Indie News

Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, Biden’s nominee for the Supreme Court, Senator Marsha Blackburn answered multiple questions that were so easy for anyone to answer a few years ago.

If you could only go back fifteen years, it would be difficult to explain the line of questioning that Judge Jackson had stunned and was unable to produce a response.

After all, it was a relatively simple one. Senator Blackburn just asked Jackson if he could define the word “woman.”

“I can’t,” Jackson replied.

“You can’t?” Blackburn asked. Blackburn seemed to expect a response that was at least a little more than that.

“Not in this context. I’m not a biologist, “Jackson said.

And with that follow-up, Jackson fell for the senator.

“The meaning of the word woman is so vague and controversial that you can’t give me a definition?” Blackburn asked.

“The fact that you can’t answer me directly about something as basic as a woman underscores the dangers of the kind of progressive education we hear about.”

Here, Blackburn critically mentions race and gender theory and its impact on schools across America.

Jackson, however, declined to comment. “I’m not sure what message it sends,” he said when asked about beating biological women in trans athlet competitions. “If you ask me about the legal issues associated with it, they are issues that are being hotly debated, as you say, and may come to court,” he said, avoiding further comment.

Senator Kennedy was able to take a quick shot at Jackson. “When does life begin,” the senator asked.
