Crime has returned to the forefront of American politics. Unfortunately, this is due to the exclusive nature of our ruling class which prefers to create virtuous signals and policies that favor criminals.
Domestic issues such as crime are more important to American voters than what is happening in Ukraine. Republican candidates must understand the title during the election season. That is how they will choose. Similarly, those responsible for future elections will be rewarded if they actually bother to move forward with legislation that promotes public order and keeps America’s roads safe.
When people complain about a particular social problem, political leaders must be prepared to solve it. Otherwise they will become irrelevant.
